The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning a communication dated 21.05.2015, inter alia, requiring Foreign Employers to register online on the e-Migrate system. According to the petitioner, the said communication falls foul of Article 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India 2.

"All State run RAs and Private RAs shall be bound by the same Terms and Conditions for recruitment and emigration of Indian Nurses.
Both the State run and Private RAs will need to execute the same documents in this regard.
The website will be suitably modified to reflect this position and any foreign employer choosing to make recruitments through either route will need to go through the
same steps and procedure on the e-Migrate System." 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the aforesaid statement.
