% 13.11.2018 W.P.(C) 12012/2018 & CM Nos. 46540-46541/2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his relief to a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the representations dated 31st August, 2018 and 6th September, 2018 annexed as annexure P-5 to the writ petition. The request is reasonable. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the other issues raised in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the aforementioned representations within a period of 10 working days from today and communicate it to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision on his representations, his rights to avail legal remedies thereagainst would remain open.
