% 30.11.2018 The petitioner has filed an undertaking by way of an affidavit dated 29th November, 2018 whereby he has undertaken to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property by 2nd February, 2019 to the respondent in terms of the impugned order dated 2nd August, 2018. The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted. This petition and the application are disposed of in terms of the undertaking of the petitioner.

Petitioner shall bound by the undertaking filed before this Court. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
