This public interest litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:

"(1) to kindly pass orders to issue directions to the concerned respondents particularly Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, Govt. of Delhi, restraining from making illegal allotment of plots in resettlement colony Gautampuri (Badarpur) New Delhi and (2) Hon'ble Court is also requested to make such further orders as the Court may deem fit & proper in the interest of justice."

Before the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argues in W.P.(C) 13786/2018

detail, it is fairly submitted by counsel for respondent No.2 that in allotment of the plots in resettlement colonies no illegality will be done by respondent No.2 nor there shall be allotment of one plot to two persons. 3.
