% 06.02.2020 This appeal challenges the judgment and order dated 30.07.2018 by which the appeal filed by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 19.07.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge in Suit filed by the appellant, being CS No. 95784/2016, was dismissed.

The appellant had filed the Suit inter alia praying for a Decree of permanent injunction against the respondents restraining the respondents from removing/shifting the taxi stand of the appellant as also cancelling the

allotment granted in favour of the appellant by the respondent no. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant would be satisfied if this Court directs that the respondent no. 2 would be entitled to take action, if so advised, against the appellant in accordance with law. In view of the prayer made, the present appeal is disposed of allowing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take action against the appellant, if so advised, strictly in accordance with law.
