Mr. Randhawa enters appearance on behalf of the respondents. 1.1 Learned counsel says that an Arbitrator has been appointed in the matter concerning disputes obtaining between the parties. 2.
Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of with the following directions:
(i) The learned Arbitrator will adjudicate the present petition by treating it as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
(ii) The interim order dated 30.10.2018 shall continue to operate, till such time, the petition/application is adjudicated upon by the Arbitrator. (iv) The learned Arbitrator is, however, requested to deal with the O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 413/2018
petition/application in the first instance.
(v) The liberty is also given to the learned Arbitrator to either vacate or confirm or even modify the order dated 30.10.2018. (vi) The learned Arbitrator will give an opportunity to the respondents to file a reply to the captioned petition and, if necessary, to move the application for vacation of the order dated 30.10.2018. (vii) Likewise, the petitioner will have the liberty to press for remaining reliefs sought for in the captioned petition. 3.
