% 20.12.2018 After some arguments, it is revealed that the petitioner sent a resignation dated 16.08.2018 to the respondents and on the said resignation, respondents have not taken any decision.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take decision on the resignation dated 16.08.2018 made by the petitioner within a period of one week from the receipt of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within three days after the decision.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may challenge the decision before the appropriate Forum.

Pending applications CM APPLNS. 53948-49/2018 are accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
