% 26.10.2018 De-affiliation of petitioner vide impugned order of 13th September, 2018 (Annexure P-9) is under challenge in this petition. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that to the Show Cause Notice (Annexure P-6), a detailed reply (Annexure P-8) was made, but the impugned order is totally silent on the stand taken by petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with direction to respondent to reconsider impugned order of 13th September, 2018 (Annexure P-9) and pass a fresh speaking order within a period of twelve weeks and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. Till the needful is done, impugned order of 13th September, 2018 (Annexure Page | 1

P-9) be not acted upon.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
