% 31.10.2018 For the relief claimed in this petition, petitioners had purportedly made a Representation (Annexure P-4) to respondent on 12th October, 2018.

The grievance of petitioners is that there is no response to the said Representation.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent to effectively consider petitioner's Representation (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of two weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to first petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Before giving a speaking response to petitioners' Representation W.P.(C) 11852/2018

(Annexure P-4), let an opportunity of hearing be provided to first petitioner. Till it is so done, impugned order of 4th October, 2018 be not acted upon.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
