1. Learned counsel appearing for the Registrar of Cooperative Society produced a letter dated 29th August, 2019 written to Sh. V.K. Aggarwal (Arbitrator) asking him to return arbitration case No. 85/GH/DR/ARB-2016 without passing any order.

2. Counsel for the Respondent informs the Court that they are in the process of collecting the files from the learned Arbitrator. It is directed that Respondent will do so not later than 15th September, 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondent assures the court that within two weeks of the receipt of the record from the above Arbitrator, the Respondent will appoint a fresh Arbitrator to whom the papers will be entrusted not later than 3rd October, 2019. The said Arbitrator will thereafter proceed in accordance with law.

4. No further directions are called for.
