This is an application filed by the plaintiff seeking refund of Court fee in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fee Act, 1870 ('Act of 1870') on the ground that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes vide settlement agreement dated 07.11.2024 executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the defendant no. 1 states that she has no objection to the relief being allowed by this Court. 3.
Keeping in view the mandate of Section 16 of the Act of 1870, the application is allowed.
