% 14.11.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.147/2017 under Sections 392/394/365/34 IPC wherein charge has been framed for offence punishable under Sections 395/412 and 120B IPC. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the learned Trial Court after other material witnesses are examined. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
