Learned Counsel for the parties once again reiterate that the evidence of both the parties have been concluded and only one formal defence witness of the Respondent remains.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent will not take any unnecessary adjournments before the learned Trial Court. The Respondent is bound down to the statement made by his Counsel. 4.

In view of the submissions made, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present Petition, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the learned Trial Court. 5.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also submits that he will not take any unnecessary adjournments before the learned Trial Court.
