W.P.(CRL) 3277/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that he has to find suitable match for his daughter. After some arguments, in view of the fact that the petitioner was granted parole by the Govt. of NCT and released pursuant thereto on 10th October, 2018, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
