1. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file representation by asking the respondents as to why the respondents are not paying full amount of monthly pension amounting to Rs. 34,775/- per month plus dearness allowances, to which the petitioner is legally entitled.

2. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.

3. The petitioner is directed to make representation within two weeks and on receipt of the representation to be made by the petitioner, shall be decided by the respondents within three weeks thereafter.

4. If the petitioner still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent, he may challenge before the appropriate forum.
