Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the respondent has unilaterally appointed one Mr.Anil Kumar Jain as Arbitrator, who is not acceptable to the petitioner. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to move an appropriate application under Sections 14 & 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for seeking termination of the mandate of Mr.Anil Kumar Jain and appointment of a substitute arbitrator.
