The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.285/2012 under Sections 308/452/34 of the IPC registered with PS Jaitpur and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.
The FIR in question was registered at the instance of respondent no. 2. Respondent nos.3 and 4 also suffered injuries in the incident as alleged in the FIR in question.

Respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 are present in the Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer.
They state that they have resolved all their differences and disputes with the petitioners and do not wish to pursue the FIR in question or any other proceedings.
They join the petitioners in praying that FIR in question be quashed.

They further confirm that they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 18.10.2018.
In terms of the said MoU, the petitioners agreed to pay a sum of ₹40,000/- to them. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 acknowledge that they have received the said amount. They state that they have no further claims against the petitioners. 5.
The petitioners are present in the Court and are identified by their counsel.
They confirm that they have no grievances against respondent nos.2 to 4.

In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No.285/2012 under Sections 308/452/34 of the IPC registered with PS Jaitpur and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein. 9.
