The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has been granted permission to travel overseas, by virtue of the order dated 06.03.2019, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge. 2.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition as the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued by the respondent shall not come in the way of the petitioner proceeding overseas, in view of the permission granted to him.

The petition is disposed of, reserving all the contentions of the parties, with regard to the validity of the said LOC.
