They submit that petitioner No.2 and 6 are no longer in the fray and insofar as Dr.Geeta Jayaram and Dr.B.B.G.Rao are concerned, they have authorised them to appear on their behalf and make a statement.

The authorisation letter is placed on the record in hard copy. The same be digitized and placed on record.

The petitioner submits that they do not wish to pursue the present contempt case any further as their relief stands satisfied. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 is present and has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, the present contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn.
