By this petition, the petitioners inter-alia seek de-freezing of the current account at INDUSIND Bank bearing No.201002127188, Kalkaji Branch, New Delhi - 110019 of the petitioners and permit them to do business smoothly and also to verify the truth in the complaints filed against the petitioners and not to register FIR without verifying facts. 2.

The second prayer as made in the petition is not maintainable for the reason if commission of a cognizable offence is made out, the respondent will be duty bound to register FIR however whether the complaint is false or not will be seen during the course of investigation and appropriate charge sheet can be filed thereon.

As regards the first prayer is concerned, admittedly the FIR in question involves the interest of approximately 200 investors. 4.

Thus this Court finds no ground to direct de-freezing of the account. 5.

Petition is dismissed.
