% 04.09.2017 Ld. counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in M.A. Nos.98-99/2017 in petition(s) for SLP (C) No. 1718-1719/2017 titled Brijesh Kumar Verma & Ors.
