Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has only one grievance against the impugned order dated 17.11.2016 that the petitioner has been directed to mark his presence in the concerned police station every Friday. However, taking into consideration his age, he may be allowed to mark his presence once in a month, i.e. on the 1st day of every month.

Learned APP for the State though opposed the same but submitted that the Court may pass any order on the same. 3.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as taking into consideration the age of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the impugned order dated 17.11.2016 and directs that the petitioner shall mark his presence in the concerned police station on the 1st day of every month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the aforesaid direction, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. CHANDER SHEKHAR, J JULY 24, 2019/rk
