Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to approach the competent Court. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. CRL.M.A. 35442/2018 is also dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present bail application.
