% 03.12.2018 Respondents are present in Court with their counsel. They are identified by their counsel. Proofs of identification of the respondents have also been produced in Court today. Let photocopies of the same be placed on record. Two demand drafts in favour of Anuj Dagar (respondent no.2) and Deepak Dagar (respondent no.3) in the sum of Rs.15 lakhs each have been handed over to respondents no.2 and 3 in Court in full and final settlement of all their claims arrived at in the matrimonial proceedings and the civil suit filed by the respondents. It is agreed that as per the settlement, the execution petition filed by the respondent also stands satisfied. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal as also the pending applications are dismissed as not pressed. Dasti.
