% 02.11.2018 We see no reason to make indulgence into the matter looking to the manner in which the rights of the citizens were curtailed by the officers and therefore imposing the costs of Rs.10,000/- in the facts and circumstances of the case cannot be said to be unreasonable, arbitrary or unjustified. Finding no merit in the appeal, the appeal and the pending application stand dismissed.
