% 14.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to arrange funds for his school going children. The petitioner has been convicted under Section 307/34 IPC and directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years for pouring inflammable liquid substance on his niece, who is a victim residing in the neighbourhood of the second wife of the petitioner.

As per the status report filed the first wife of the petitioner is residing at C-58/243, Meer Dard Road, Near Mata Sundari Gurudwara Indarprastha, Daryaganj, Delhi along with her two children and the second wife of the petitioner is residing at H.No. 152, Double Storey, Kabool Nagar, Shahdara.
