Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 states that though Meenakshi, daughter of the respondent No.3 had appeared before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 19.12.2018 at 4.00 P.M., the petitioner had failed to turn up. Even on the last date of hearing, none had appeared for the petitioner.

Today, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Advocate appears for the petitioner and states that despite efforts made by him, he has not received any instructions from his client.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in appearing before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The writ petition had already been disposed of on 01.11.2018 and the matter was kept alive only for the parties to negotiate a settlement, if possible. 5.
