% 02.02.2018 Respondent no. 2 - Smt. Pooja Chawla @ Pooja Khurana is present in Court and has been identified by the SI Arun Kumar, PS Tilak Nagar.

Respondent no.2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioner no.1, before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi on 14th December, 2015 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion.

Respondent no.2 says that her marriage with petitioner no.1 has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent on 19th January, 2017 passed by the Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts.

Respondent no.2 says that she has no objection in case FIR No. 984/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the respondent no.2 and petitioner no. 1 and 2 to 5 voluntarily, the FIR No. 984/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar and all the consequent proceedings are quashed. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. All the pending applications also stands disposed of. Dasti.
