A status report, authored by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, North East District, Delhi of even date, has been handed over in Court today. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of the said report reflects that, Ms. Shumaila, who is present in Court today, has been located by the Delhi Police and has been restored to her family. Ms. Shumaila, who is stated to be a little over 16 years old, is currently residing with her parents, at her paternal home. In view of the foregoing, the present proceedings seeking production of Ms. Shumaila, has been satisfied.

No further directions are called for, save and except, to commend the Delhi Police for having acted with alacrity and taking swift action to locate and recover Ms. Shumaila.
