O R D E R

% 21.04.2017 Mr. J.P. Sengh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-company, on instructions, states that they shall repay a sum of Rs.1,46,000/- to the petitioner, towards full and final settlement of the outstanding claim of the latter, by way of pay order/demand draft, within a period of two weeks from today.

Mr. Punit K. Bhalla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, duly accepts the proposal made on behalf of the respondent-company.

Directed accordingly.

The respondent-company shall pay the aforesaid sum of Rs.1,46,000/- to the petitioner, by way of a pay order/demand draft, towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the latter in the accompanying petition, within a period of two weeks from today, without demur. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to revive the same in

the event the respondent company resiles from the abovesaid statement. Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
