% 30.10.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that his application seeking permission to repair the subject property (Annexure P-6) made on 20th September, 2018, is still pending.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent to decide petitioner's application of 20th September, 2018 (Annexure P-6) within six weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

A copy of this order be sent to Commissioner, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, Dr. S.P.Mukherjee Civic Centre, JLN Marg, Delhi to ensure its compliance.
