O R D E R

% 30.08.2016 Mr. Satyakam, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 submits that none has been appearing in the Revision Petition filed by respondent no. 2. He submits that the next date fixed in the matter is 08.09.2016.

The petitioner as well as Officer of respondent no. 2 shall appear before the authority on 08.09.2016 at 4.00 p.m. The respondent authority would permit the representative of the petitioner to make submissions.

The authority shall dispose of the Revision Petition within a period of three weeks from 08.09.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the directions to respondent no. 1 to dispose of the pending petition W.P.(C) 7504/2015

within three weeks, the petitioner does not press this petition and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh petition, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order on the petition by respondent no. 1.

In view of the above, respondent no. 1 is directed to dispose of the petition within three weeks from 08.09.2016. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty of the petitioner to avail of such remedies as may be available in law.
