O R D E R

The appellants, Mithlesh and Shiv Kumar Verma are present in Court and have produced passbook of their joint savings bank A/c No.600810100016619 with Bank of India, B/3, Tagore Market, Kirti Nagar, Najafgarh Road, Delhi (IFSC Code: BKID0006008) along with a letter dated 24th October, 2017 in which the bank has certified that no cheque book or debit card shall be issued without the permission of this Court. 2.

Respondent no.3 has deposited a sum of Rs.13,80,692/- (Rs.11,22,455/- + Rs.2,58,237/-) with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch in terms of the judgment dated 28th July, 2017. 3.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to keep Rs.12 lakh in 60 FDRs of Rs.20,000/- each in the joint names of the appellants, Mithlesh and Shiv Kumar Verma for the period 1 month to 60 months respectively with cumulative interest.

The balance amount, after keeping Rs.12 lakhs in FDRs, be released to the appellants, Mithlesh and Shiv Kumar Verma by transferring the same to their joint savings bank A/c No.600810100016619 with Bank of India,

B/3, Tagore Market, Kirti Nagar, Najafgarh Road, Delhi. 5.

All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch.

However, the statement containing FDR number, FDR amount, date of maturity and the maturity amount be furnished to the appellants.

The maturity amounts of the aforesaid FDRs shall be transferred to the above mentioned joint savings bank account of the appellants, Mithlesh and Shiv Kumar Verma with Bank of India, B/3, Tagore Market, Kirti Nagar, Najafgarh Road, Delhi.

Bank of India, B/3, Tagore Market, Kirti Nagar, Najafgarh Road, Delhi shall permit the appellants to withdraw the amount from their joint savings bank account by means of a withdrawal form. 8.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

List for reporting compliance on 12th December, 2017. 10.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
