% 28.08.2017 By the petition, petitioner seeks restoration of electricity supply to connection bearing CA no.151567216 installed at property bearing no. 1/536-J/18, T/F, Gali No.5, Friends Colony Industrial Area, Delhi -93.

Since after the electricity was disconnected on account of arrears in payment of outstanding dues, the electricity meter, according to the petitioner, has come to be stolen. Ld. counsel for the respondent on its part submits that as the disconnection of electricity was done on account of arrears in payment of outstanding dues and that, all the arrears of outstanding dues have come to be deposited, electricity supply to the subject connection shall be restored within two days from today, as per the norms, without prejudice to any of the rights of the respondent as regards the electricity meter having been stolen. Let it be done. Of course, the respondent would be at liberty

to exercise any of its rights as regards its meter allegedly stolen, as may be available to the respondent.

Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
