% 05.09.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of CC No.116/1/09 titled Smt. Renu Sharma vs. Laxman Singh Bisht and Others pending before the Court of Ms.Anjani Mahajan, MM-02 (South District), Saket Courts, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the dispute is arising from the landlord-tenant relationship and due to the misunderstanding arisen between the parties, a complaint bearing CC No.116/1/09 titled Smt. Renu Sharma vs. Laxman Singh and Others was filed by the respondent No.2/complainant Smt. Renu Sharma against the present petitioners before the Court of the learned M.M., Saket Courts, New Delhi. Counsel further submits that after filing of the said complaint, the near relatives and friends intervened and misunderstanding between the

parties has been sorted out and the same has been reduced into writing on 8th July, 2017 and the same has been acted upon between the parties and nothing further remains to be adjudicated between the parties, however, the present complaint is coming as hurdle in the personal life of the petitioners and prays that the aforesaid complaint and its subsequent proceedings arising therefrom may be quashed.

The respondent No.2/complainant Smt. Renu Sharma is present in person and has been identified by her counsel Mr.Suresh Sharma, Advocate. The respondent No.2/complainant, present in person admits the amicable settlement reached between the parties and execution of MoU dated 08.07.2017. She further admits that the said settlement is voluntary and without any force, pressure or coercion and further submits that she has no objection if the complaint case bearing CC No.116/1/09 titled Smt. Renu Sharma vs. Laxman Singh and Others and its subsequent proceedings are quashed.

Looking into the above facts and circumstances, since the misunderstanding has been sorted and the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and a Memorandum of Understanding dated 08.07.2017 has also been executed and nothing further remains to be adjudicated between them, to have peace in the life of the parties and to meet the ends of justice, I deem it appropriate to quash the complaint case and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Consequently, complaint bearing CC No.116/1/09 titled Smt. Renu Sharma vs. Laxman Singh and Others pending before the Court of Ms.Anjani Mahajan, MM-02 (South District), Saket Courts, New Delhi and all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. Parties

shall be bound by the Memorandum of Understanding dated 08.07.2017. The present petition is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J SEPTEMBER 05, 2017 'dc'
