1. It is stated that the arbitration proceedings are already in progress.

2. The interim order dated 23rd March, 2016 passed by this Court is directed to continue till the learned Arbitrator modifies, varies or vacates it in accordance with law in an application moved under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by either party. It will be open to the parties to seek further interim reliefs in the arbitral proceedings.

3. The petition is disposed of.
