% 15.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in a petition filed against another creditor before NCLT, NCLT has on 7.9.2018 appointed an IRP. He states that it will be in the interest of justice that this court may transfer this matter to NCLT under proviso to 434 of the Companies Act, 2013. Keeping in view the fact that the matter is already pending before NCLT where an Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed it would be in the interest of petitioner and the creditor that the matter is transferred to NCLT. Ordered accordingly.

Registry may take steps to have the matter transmitted/transferred to NCLT. Parties to appear before NCLT on 28.2.2019. A copy of the order be given dasti under signatures of the Court Master as prayed.
