% 24.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing chargesheet dated 03.12.2016 and order dated 24.08.2016 withdrawing the teaching activities of the petitioner. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1, 4 & 6 submits that the management has decided to withdraw the chargesheet dated 03.12.2016 against the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondents, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to issue withdrawal order of chargesheet dated 03.12.2016 within two weeks.
