% 27.02.2019 IA No.3089/2019 This application is filed under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC seeking a decree in terms of the compromise entered into by the parties. The parties have entered into a settlement. The terms and conditions of the settlement are stated in paragraph 2 of the application. The application is signed by the Authorised Representatives of the parties and their respective counsel. The terms and conditions of the settlement are legal and valid. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement. Application is allowed.

CS(COMM) 556/2017 A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement as stated in paragraph 2 of IA No.3089/2019. Suit and all pending applications stand disposed of. Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the Court Fees under section 16A of the Court Fees Act. The next dates fixed for 7.3.2019 and 28.3.2019 stand cancelled.
