By these petitions, the petitioners inter alia sought quashing of ECIR/04/LKZO/2018/AD(DK)/2312 under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the summons pursuant thereto. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the three petitioners have filed another petition before Hon'ble High Court at Allahabad being Application No. 1489/2019, wherein, further proceedings in the above-noted ECIR have been stayed.
In view of the fact that the petitioners have preferred proceedings before the High Court at Allahabad, copy of the order dated 20^'' February, 2019 having been handed over and taken on record in W.P.(Crl.) 3464/2018, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petitions and applications.
Consequently, the petitions and applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
