% 12.07.2018 The petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail on 05.08.2015. He had joined the investigations. The learned counsel for the State submits that the chargesheet had been filed albeit without arrest of the petitioner. In the circumstances, Mr. Mohit Mathur, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall move an application seeking bail from the Trial Court.

Till such time the petitioner's bail application is taken up for consideration by the Trial Court, the aforesaid order dated 05.08.2015 shall remain in force.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
