% 30.08.2016 CS(OS) 2512/2015 Case file is taken up today on office noting since the same has been received back pursuant to order dated 16.08.2016 of learned Officiating District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Delhi on the basis of order dated 28.07.2016 of learned ADJ-02, Shahdara District, KKD, Delhi. From the said orders, it appears that territorial jurisdiction of the present matter lies in East District. Accordingly the ministerial order dated11.02.2016 for transfer of the matter to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 16.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Learned counsel for plaintiffs undertakes that he shall inform learned counsel for defendants in this regard in writing.
