% 02.11.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that his brother is unwell.

A status report has been handed over, which is taken on record. As per the status report, brother of the petitioner suffered from low platelets a month ago however, now he is back to the duty. The two minor children of the petitioner are being looked after by his parents who are also performing their regular duties. Thus this Court finds no ground to grant interim bail to the petitioner on the ground that the brother of the petitioner is ailing and needs to look after.

Petition is dismissed.
