On enquiry, it is informed that Ms. Gursimran Kaur originally impleaded as respondent No.3 has since been deleted and is no longer a party.

Since the petitioner does not want to pursue the petition any further, the same is disposed of as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
