O R D E R

% 02.11.2018 O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 335/2018 This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be considered for the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes with respect to the Package I (for 189 km to 260 km) and the petitioner shall be filing a separate petition with respect to the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes in relation to the Package-II.

Counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Arbitral

Award is extended by this Court.

Having perused the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating disputes in relation of PackageI is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 19.11.2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
