RC.REV. 512/2018 & CM APPL No.45553/2018 After hearing some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits he is not inclined to argue on merits provided he is granted sometime to vacate the premises. In the circumstances, as admitted, the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises on or before 31.12.2019 and hand over its vacant and peaceful possession to the respondent. The water and electricity charges till then be paid as per actuals. Usual undertaking be filed within four weeks from today. The petition along with pending application, if any, stands disposed of in terms of above.
