The petitioners who are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and two younger brothers-in-law of the complainant seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.479/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Moti Nagar.

As per the status report no permission to arrest the petitioners has been obtained as yet.

Since there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioners at this stage, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable. However, in case any permission is granted to the Investigating Officer to arrest the petitioners, he will give the petitioners notice one week prior to their arrest. BAIL APPLN. 1610/2015

With these observations, the petitioner is dismissed as not maintainable. Order dasti.
