Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he would withdraw the appeals and W.P.(C) 7135/2017 [Amaan Ali thr. Legal Guardian/Father and Ors. v. Directorate of Education and

Ors.] and W.P.(C) 7133/2017 [Meenu and Ors. v. Directorate of Education and Ors.].

In the light of this statement, the LPA 561/2017 & LPA 562/2017 and W.P.(C) 7135/2017 & W.P.(C) 7133/2017 are dismissed as withdrawn, with consent of learned counsel for the parties. The Court is of the opinion that the learned Single Judge may, subject to her convenience, expedite the hearing of W.P.(C) 6578/2017, which is listed on 05.09.2017.
