The issue has been reconsidered and it has been decided by the competent authority that No. 6497310L Sep/ASH Mottaia Samy S will be offered a tenure at HQ IMTRAT on occurrence of vacancy subject to the individual fulfilling other QRs as laid down vide Para 4 of Corps Order No. 14/2012 and DGSD(SD-2), IHQ of MoD(Army) Note No. 83079/QR/PBOR/SD-2 dt 07 Feb 2018 (Extracts at enclosure 1 and 2.

2. In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks no further directions.

3. The petition along with the pending application is disposed of accordingly.
