I am informed by counsel for the respondent no.2 that the Delhi WAKF Tribunal has been constituted and is presently functioning.

Accordingly, counsel for the petitioners states that while the petitioners are before the Tribunal and the matter is coming up on 1.8.2018, the interim order passed by this Court should operate till that date. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

The petitioners will prosecute their matter which is pending before the Tribunal. The interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 7th August, 2015 shall operate till 1.8.2018.

Tribunal will be free to either modify or vacate the order. The interim order will not come in the way of the Tribunal while deciding the matter on merits or at the interim stage. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J MAY 07, 2018/ak
